This is a very unprofessional company to deal with. They are ripping consumers off and when you sign up for the insurance they assign you agent but you can never get in contact with the agent. I was
Paying close to 200.00 and they told me that me and my daughter were both covered and that was not true so the whole time I was paying close to 200.00 dollars my daughter was uninsured. Needless to say I have dropped them and want others to know that this insurance is a scam and no good
I am unhappy with the provider who has stolen my down payment do to clerial misake
The insurance company freeway with Venture insurance took a down payment of 248.50 on Oct 5 2024 canceled the insurance on Oct 13 2024. Said would refund my funds in ten days.
It's been ten days still have not received refund. Said would deduct from said payment of insurance for 7 days it has been 13 days sens they have cancelled i expect a full refund.
For the mistake of a clerical error no mistake of mine but there's. I should not have to pay for there mistake.

Roadside assistant sucks
My car never got picked up for my roadside assistance last night when I called at 6:30. I'm very unhappy and I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to be refunded the $150 that I had to pay at 2 o'clock this morning when your guys never showed up to
No one will answer the phone
Trying to speak to someone and nobody will answer the phone and you got to do all this to speak to somebody this crazy
Accident claim
This has been the worst experience with trying to contact someone for the damage to my car. No one will return my calls and your client has admitted to the damages of my car they have caused, my car needs to be fixed asap.

My son got in an accident at 5:30pm and there is no one that can help me because all offices are closed. Automated system told me to file it online and there was issues with that

Horrible service
They can talk and that's about all and when it comes to help prices or else is when they notice that if is not on their favor they will not help which in other words means that customer satisfaction is their last thing they care about

If is not convenience to them or else won’t issue insurance meaning customer priority is the last think on their agenda and customers money is their only goal
When I call everything was going well but after knowing the total price of my truck they used the excuse of not issuing warranty to this king of trucks, and of course the only reason they dont do that is because of high risk and nothing else not including the price for month that I have agree already until they look at the year and model

I went threw a car wash and when the blower came on to dry My car I heard something break like glass in My door of My car driver door. So I tried to let My window down later & the window dropped & I heard that same glass breaking sound. I was able to get the window back up some but its broken & needs to repaired

I have no way of contacting someone live or automated system about roadside assistance. That is a part of my plan. That is very frustrating and not helpful at all.
