Need road side assist
I've bought the insurance and can't find anyone to come help me on the side of the hwy, every number I've called says they r closed and its 2 hrs after they r suppose to open. They took my money and now I can't get the service,, I have missed a life saving surgery today due to the not answering of this company. I want my money back...

Not going to renew my coverage. I started a new policy with another company
Nothing happened. I was with this company for years.
My policy was high I only had uninsured motorists and it cost me almost three hundred dollars. I have a good driving record and I am a home owner. I shopped around and got total coverage for my car at 144.00 a month. Thats a big difference of what you guys had me paying just for uninsured motorists.
Times are hard and were on a fixed income, so where ever we can save money is where were going.
Thank you I am not a Pissed costumer I am just trying to make it by cutting back on everything that cost me more than I can afford. Ethel Murray.

Paying close to 200.00 and they told me that me and my daughter were both covered and that was not true so the whole time I was paying close to 200.00 dollars my daughter was uninsured. Needless to say I have dropped them and want others to know that this insurance is a scam and no good
I am unhappy with the provider who has stolen my down payment do to clerial misake
The insurance company freeway with Venture insurance took a down payment of 248.50 on Oct 5 2024 canceled the insurance on Oct 13 2024. Said would refund my funds in ten days.
It's been ten days still have not received refund. Said would deduct from said payment of insurance for 7 days it has been 13 days sens they have cancelled i expect a full refund.
For the mistake of a clerical error no mistake of mine but there's. I should not have to pay for there mistake.

Accident claim
This has been the worst experience with trying to contact someone for the damage to my car. No one will return my calls and your client has admitted to the damages of my car they have caused, my car needs to be fixed asap.
iIts driving really bad,, and my car was doing great before this and now no one wants to help, i have assigned agents to the claim, and they will not respond... SM

My son got in an accident at 5:30pm and there is no one that can help me because all offices are closed. Automated system told me to file it online and there was issues with that

Horrible service
They can talk and that's about all and when it comes to help prices or else is when they notice that if is not on their favor they will not help which in other words means that customer satisfaction is their last thing they care about

If is not convenience to them or else won’t issue insurance meaning customer priority is the last think on their agenda and customers money is their only goal
When I call everything was going well but after knowing the total price of my truck they used the excuse of not issuing warranty to this king of trucks, and of course the only reason they dont do that is because of high risk and nothing else not including the price for month that I have agree already until they look at the year and model
